Higher Spargo Farm, Cornwall

A Planning application for a new Farmhouse to provide a home for the next generation of the family to be able to transform the farm into a viable commercial business and ensure it's continued legacy.

Focusing on a light touch and low embodied carbon, the design responds to a lost historic hedge-line, generating a shift in the building and subtly distinguishing the proposed building from the adjacent existing barns.
