Typically, our extension projects have a budget of £150 - £250k, but there's a pragmatic sweet-spot: weighing up the value of the existing house against the costs of the construction, the costs of moving and the logistics of disruption, which we can help guide you with. Embodied carbon, thermal performance upgrades, accessibility, future adpatability and historic character are all part of that consideration.
